2013 ENOS INCOMUM CABERNET SAUVIGNON, DRY CREEK VALLEY
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Enos named Incomum is created solely from oldest vines in winery’s 5 acre Estate vineyard in Sonoma County. We recently offered their 2013 Estate Cabernet (which includes a combination of both younger and older vines from the same vineyard,) and the amount of glowing comments was so impressive that it could also be defined as Incomum. But wait until you taste this Cabernet from only the older vines. They produce flavors that are even more compelling and hedonistic with greater definition.
Engaging, complex, and arising from a vintage that the Wine Spectator describes as having amazing density and structure, the 2013 Enos Incomum made a lasting impression on our tasting panel. Enticing you with a burst of pulverized black fruits laced with bay leaf, black cherry and savory spices, this wine is singing right now.
