General Information
Wine Country Connection’s product prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, applicable sales tax, or international duties.
An adult (21 years or older) with valid identification is required to sign for all alcohol deliveries. Alcohol shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after your order is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Wine Country Connection is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or failed delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that an adult (21+) is available to receive the shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned, re-routed, or rescheduled shipments.
Wine is a perishable product. By requesting shipment, the customer assumes responsibility for weather-related risks, including heat or cold damage, particularly if weather holds or shipping recommendations are declined.
International Shipping
Wine Country Connection ships international packages via FedEx. Shipping charges include packaging, insurance, and carrier fees to the destination.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any additional fees assessed by local authorities or the carrier.
Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of alcohol, all sales are final once the order has been shipped or delivered.
Wine Country Connection will replace or issue a credit for wines that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped
- Proven to be flawed (e.g., corked), subject to verification
Wine Country Connection must be notified within a reasonable timeframe of any such issue.
Unshipped Orders (Stored Wine)
Returns are permitted for wines stored with Wine Country Connection that have not yet shipped.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days

Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Unshipped Order Policy
Wine Country Connection offers customers the option to hold purchased wine for future shipment or pickup.
Orders may be held for up to five (5) years from the original order date.
Wine Country Connection will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of unshipped orders, including periodic email reminders sent to the contact information on file.
If, after five (5) years, we are unable to reach the customer or receive shipping instructions, Wine Country Connection reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion, less any applicable storage, handling, or administrative fees.
Wine Country Connection is not responsible for outdated or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
